Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
The details Japanese law asks a seller of services to publish. In Japan it is commonly called the tokushoho notice, and it applies to every service sold on this site.

How a booking runs from first note to the day
Because the details differ from one household to the next, the written confirmation always overrides the general summary above if it is more specific, and never takes away a right set out in the Terms & Conditions.

1. You write to us
Through the form, which opens your email app, or directly by email or phone. We reply within two working days with one suggested starting point and, where it matters, the right time of year for it.

2. We confirm in writing
Service, date, place, price including tax, travel cost if any, and the payment method with its due date go into one message. Nothing is binding until you agree to that message.

3. The day itself
Consultations and workshops happen at the agreed place, online or at our Miyazaki studio. For the planting session we bring the 15 corms and help you plant them the same afternoon.

4. Afterwards
The follow-up message (consultation) or the online check-in during flowering (planting session) is included in the price. Questions about a blend or a plan are answered by email.
Service area and what we do not do
Home visits start in Miyazaki City. Outside it we visit by arrangement, and online sessions are available across Japan at the same price. We do not ship plants, seeds, spices or prepared food, and we do not sell goods through this website.
We do not give medical, nutritional or legal advice, and we make no claim that herbs, saffron or spice blends prevent or treat any condition.
Photographs on the site are illustrations. The saffron session depends on the corm season, so a place can only be arranged for late August to September; at other times of year we can answer questions and note your interest for the next season.
