We reply personally within two working days. During the saffron flowering weeks in late autumn it can occasionally take a little longer — we haven't forgotten you.

Does sending a message commit me to anything?

No. A message is just the start of a conversation. Nothing is booked until you confirm in writing.

Can I send photos of my garden?

Yes, gladly — once we reply, you can attach photos to your email response. They help a great deal.

Do you reply in Japanese as well as English?

Yes. Write in whichever language feels most comfortable and we'll answer in the same one.
